Not necessarily. They'd be clobbered if they made so much as a peep. He's too big, too strong and too intimidating when you are so much weaker. Shame and fear stops you from telling anyone, too. He certainly didn't look too worried or remorseful. I hope Victim Support can get (and keep) his family safe, though his wife may choose to go back to him.
