Unfortunately green-meenie failing to get over that log was all i caught.
When Far-queue came off I had just dropped back so missed it.
When GreenM lost it in the sand he was behind me.
When I fell off trying to avoid the dog that run out between cooneyr and myself, it was a long straight section so i wasn't recording.

oh well...them's the breaks, you catch some, and you miss some.

I don't know what you get up to on your rides, but I certainly wasn't involved in any buggery

You might not know it but I think you were buggered. Not that I had anything to do with it. Come to think of it I think it was all Lemans's fault. He did all the buggering with speed no less.

Seriously - stops are welcome when it gets like that but I'm also a gluton for punishment. Nice to wear yourself out every so often. I think it is a drug addition of mine - I like endorphins - guess that is why I have tried Le Race and the Rainbow Rage twice each, over 5 hours on a treadly is kinda hard on the body (I would mention the sore arse as well but that is a little close to buggery).

Nope, not me. I was getting tired by the end of the ride, but that ride was easy compared to the one in the snow in June. I was fresh as a daisy by the time I got home this time - and the arse was fine too thanks

Been there, done that. I did the Lake Tekapo 90km MTB ride in the ice and negative temparatures of Queens Birthday '04. That took me 8 hours, but I made it, then drove the car home

That one is on the list to have a go at. Possibly next year when I actually get fit (ish) again.

You pair of buggers can leave me out of this conversation, thank you very much.

I normally ride to the intake before I stop, you softies.
And sometimes I ride to the gorge bridge for my first stop, if I going to ride down the other side of the river and are in a hurry.
Feel the fear and do it anyway
