    I have about $4000 plus a year old xv250 with 5000kms

In a perfect world one of you lot would offer me a shop demo with a few kms on it

    am I dreaming?

there doesn't seem to be any used hornets around, and I can't quite get the funds for new

There are too many around as it is!
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

With all the new models being released here at the moment (US summer) the local shops might have some low k trades?

Good work, I am sure you will love it.

Did you buy brand new in the end?

yep, nice bikes, had mine a couple of cold, wet months but very happy with it. Very under rated in my opinion. Bet you're having a good weekend.
