    ZXr250a 1990

How much would it cost for a clutch kit for this bike?

    Thanks

You need a shop that sells them mate. Try Cycletreads, or your Kawasaki dealer.

Ring up mt eden motorcycles on 303 1960 I think it is they go for zxrs' from $95 to $120+? I think depends if you want springs or just friction plates and where you ask, ring them and see what prices they can get you. Second hand from city cycles is $50 but stuff second hand clutch plates...

Yeah, screw second hand ones. Might as well do the whole job and get springs, oil n filter at the same time Hell if you're not particularly mechanically inclined, get a bike shop to do it, and get a service (valve clearance check etc) whilst you're at it.

yep I got quoted $110 by them but it was replaced for free (and a battery) because I got the bike with a three month limited mech warranty from them...

...and while on clutches & 1990 zxrs, I'm having trouble with mine. When I used to start the bike in the morning, I'd put the choke on and it would stay in the same spot until I chose to reduce the revs (or whatever the technical term is).

It doesn't stay in the same spot now, its as if the spring on the choke is fucked or something.. any ideas as to how to adjust it/tighten it up? Have searched on the site for answers but can't find any.
