    Indy - There are two things wrong with your picture in the first post.

    1. You are in uniform - so where is your tie?
    2. You are in uniform - Get your hands out of your pockets.

    When in full official uniform you should always be wearing your tie and you never put your hands in your pockets... as it just makes you look all scruffy.
