A young Croatian who posted a photo of himself speeding on the internet gave police all they needed to track him down and fine him for breaking the law!

The 28-year-old, identified only as D.M., filmed himself doing 100 mph in northern Croatia and then put it on his local municipality Web site. Police found him three days later. D.M. is also likely to face another hefty fine as the bike was an illegal import from neighbouring Slovenia.
