Auckland Crime Syndicate anyone?

Here's an idea. You could make the crime syndicate a morally upstanding one, by targetting car thiefs, burglars, and drug dealers, and extorting money out of them. That way you are doing the public a service. While you're at it, you could take down all the pole speed cameras with battery grinders, all they do is catch out people who are new to the areas.
