Seriously - If people can't see this as an isolated incident, that's rather sad. The actions of one officer doesn't exactly reflect on the whole force. It's your own views that'll make this an issue or not for the police as an organisation.

Being serious for a moment, I think it's a complete storm in a teacup. Hypocrisy of the management first and foremost. As others have said, the force is whoring itself to LTNZ. And what about Deano's point, how many of the male cops had utilised what is a legitimate occupation? Most are probably pissed they missed out while it was on the offering, or pissed they couldn't afford the establishment she worked for and had to make do with the lower class ones with dangly bits on K Rd.

This would be so different if the media got the right slant on it - "Prostitute moonlighting in Auckland Constabulary" The question is not whether the fuzz mind her being a hooker but whether the brothel minds her being a cop - since they pay the biggest hourly $$$ then surely they should have the casting vote. And the brothel (allegedly) don't mind...
