How do I stop the frame snapping when the boy rides over the farm??
I'm thinking the gearing might be to much

I had an XR200RD model for 15 years and never broke anything.

Where is it breaking...above the swingarm pivot? I've seen a few break there,just weld it,if it breaks again put a gusset between the two tubes that join there.

has broken just in front of both foot rests and also snaped the front engine bar in the middle between head set and engine mount.
