Fact is, Mark knows nearly everyone can beat him on Thursday, he's even addmitted it.
He just want to think he's actually got a chance up against a litre.
And since he doesnt do dangoues over/under taking and riding (That I've seen) compared to said banned rider, let his ego go till someone like frosty gets board and just does rings around him

I think i might turn up for my first thurs nite ride...be wary though..you'll need an extra plate of nachos to cater for me.

But again...all the shit being talked by a certain kb member is putting me off. I enjoy meeting up with a bunch of good people and goind for a ride...i dont enjoy having to look out for idiots on the road while im trying to ride in the dark on a road im not familiar with.

Could anyone share the rules regarding signals and directing traffic??

    cheers

Most of the people who come on the Thursday night ride are actually pretty reasonable people. We don't put up with shit from the young fellas and they know it. They like to spout off on here but they know that if they do anything stupid on the road then the consequences will be swift and harsh.

I enjoy the Thursday night rides and will continue to do so. Sometimes it's best just to ignore some of the stuff on here...

Nah I'm not worried about Mark.

He has a fair idea of how hard I can punch from the last time he pulled one of his clown acts in front of me

EDIT: Remember, 99% of what Mark says on here is bullshit, the other 1% is punctuation.

yea they are all tough on here, but they get wiped into shape buy chck if they step out of line.
rule of thumb is their is a lead rider, and a tail end, don't pass the lead rider and the tail end will pick up any straglers, if you are behind the lead rider and come to a intersection then wait their and direct traffic in the right direction to go. Wait untill the tail end comes along and then you are free to go. I'll ride along with you "ROOKIE", riding at night improves you skills, well thats what i reckon. As long as its not passed your bed time , i get in trouble went i get home thats for sure.

As Qkkid says, this ride is organized for that fact of meeting other Kbers and to go out for a blat as well. It is open for all to attend - Newbie/Senior members, Learner/Experienced riders, as long as you can ride safely and confidently @ open road speeds. And not be a twat.
