Sounds like the argument for keeping and using speed camera's for reducing road crashes is getting weaker. The police should be switching off cell phone transmitter towers instead.

Fancy that, a study here in good old Perth. Using phones in cars without a hands free kit has been illegal here for quite a while now. Nearly every time I go out I see someone with one to their ear while driving. I saw one texting the other day!
