Extras! Extras!

I'd say he's done enough.....what do you class as not doing much?
He's done three series of The Office, Christmas specials, Royal Variety performances, standup routines all around the world, this new Extra's series etc etc......Nah thats not much, a lot more than you've done in the comedy world

Anyway thats your opinion, but it'd be wise to backup your claims with actual facts.
I loved The Office, I don't think Extra's is as good, but its still a great laugh with lots of awkward moments like only Ricky and Steve Merchant can do.

Why do I have to backup my own opinion, doing a couple of royal variety performances is hardly anything to retire on...YES office was extremely funny, BUT only the second time round as the initial launch nose dived and they moved it to a later time slot.

He did stand-up woo ho...what budding comedian hasn't tbh - thats the starting block for any comedian in the UK.

And to your comment - "a lot more than you've done in the comedy world " - never ever claimed I was, the problem apears to be yet again is that people have to make personal remarks on someone elses point of view.....when will you start to learn that offense is not always the best defense.

Fuck me I originally said it wasn't as good as the office so don't get ya hopes up (to para phrase)......and look you have to have a little go at someone....
