    2000th Post Rant

Yeah baby, 2000 posts on KB. The 1000th post was a pisstake (except for the bit about Cibby's rack - that was true) so I thought long and hard about what to dribble on about this time.

I considered showing remorse for my actions that bring other motorcyclists into disrepute, but that offended my narcissistic qualities. And I'd be lying. No post from me would be complete without some reference to pigs, runners, lanesplitting, f**ked in the head slappers who have serious issues but feel compelled to judge others anyway or some illegal activity - so I've mentioned them just to be sure.

I thought instead I might go for a reflective moment. I considered the bigger picture. This is a motorcycle site, full of people who love motorcycles in one way or another. We're all individuals. Most of us are capable of intelligent thought. Our views are diverse, as is our riding style and choice of equipment. Our ethnicity, income and social status are irrelevant as we hide behind the semi-anonymity of cyberspace. Some of us quietly watch in the background, some of us jump on every opportunity to voice our opinion - be it informed or not. Some of us roll with the punches, some of us whine about the most trivial bollocks. Then the trollers get the tissues out ready for round 2. The threads come and go bashing the pigs, bashing the cagers, bashing the govt and bashing non-Suzuki riders. Sure, KB ain't what it used to be. And some good members have left because of it. But hey, life's like that.

It's this sorta stuff that I love about this place. Long may it continue!! Much love for you all I promise 3000 will have x-rated pictures.

Righto, semi-serious rant over... time to go incite a runner in rush hour.

Yep, good man. Keep them coming. I always enjoy your posts, and usually agree with what you have to say. The site would be a lot less colourful without you.

And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Okay, I might do a 2,500th teaser than. Perhaps with clever camera angles or fuzzy bits.
