Hi people,

Finally joined up...

My names Pete, im 19, Im a Pom, been living here for a year.

Bought a new Gilera dna 180 - my first ever bike was a dna 50 and loved it so bought a bigger one - they stopped selling the new bigger ones in the UK in '03 so was stoked to find a new one knocking around...

Its a full custom model, double page feature in TAG magazine (uk) issue 49, will be in a new mag called PETROL as soon as its finished.

I will post some pics when its back together - currently buying heaps of Malossi tuning goodies, and waiting for the seat to come back (getting custom re-covered)

Unfortunately I am serving a 6 month ban (deservedly) for overtaking a copper on Hobby road (50kph limit) at 105 late one night.. hoping to get a limited licence and back on the road..

Im a member of the Magnetos SC, but will be doing more rides with some biker mates when back on the road..scooters sometimes ride at such a slow pace...

Thought about doing the Coldkiwi this year but didnt think I should risk it...

Well here are some pics,

The 1st pic is how it was last time i took pics (1 month ago) the other two pics where the last ones ive got with it in one piece.. ,since then the frame has been painted, the engine stripped and cleaned, the seats gone away to be done and a load of other bits...
