    Cool

Take the bike back and make them fix the problem.
But they LEND you a bike whilst they are fixing it.

OR they take the bike back and they give you another new bike.
(Like when you take a toaster back they give you a brand new replacement)

As it is still under warrently... you have those two options.

You can occassionally get a dud item..... this could be the one.
Rare for a Yamaha Virago thou.....

Let us know what you end up doing.

    Hey fullas
I wrote a letter to Yamaha NZ saying that since it's under warranty and you've had two chances to fix it and it's still not fixed so you should give me a new bike.
At the time I sent the letter, the bike was still at the Yamaha dealer, and when I went to pick it up they were in the process of replacing the starter solenoid and ignition key switch (only took them 15mins).
I reckon that must have been a month ago and the problem hasn't reoccured since and I've ridden it a fair bit so I'm pretty sure it's fixed.
    Cheers for the advice guys
    Good on you Yamaha
    Loz
