    CNC bike parts

    G'day all,

I'm a mechanical design engineer, and I have best CAD/CAM capable software available. If you guys ever need stuff designed such as discs, rearsets, fork clamps or any other bolt-on replacement bits, give me a yell. I'm based in Christchurch, and have a huge network of contacts for machining, plating and fabricating stuff but thanks to e-mail and modern technology, NZ is a very small place. Christchurch prices must be lower than those in Auckland because I seem to get a helluva lot of work from the North Island, especially around Auckland, Tauranga and Hamilton. I prefer to work in aluminium because of the weight and versatility of the material but if you need widgets designed for other materials, it's not a problem. I'm currently working on a replacement exhaust system for my kid's ZXR250C because the one on her bike is rusted to hell and is with little doubt hampering the bike's performance. I'm in the very final stages of designing a set of adjustable rearsets for her ZXR, partly because I'm too tall to ride her bike comfortably, but mainly because I was looking for an excuse to replace the crappy-looking OEM parts. This is the sort of thing I do every day, and I'm more than happy to deal with fellow bikers because we speak the same language.

    Cheers for now!
