I believe you need to learn the road is not for pushing on. If you have crashed that many times. I think you need to slow the fuck down, and learn how to ride correctly, the major object of riding is not falling off, first and foremost.
Personally by those comments the accidents you have had, i believe u shouldn't be near a motorcycle on a road until you learn to control it correctly.
And well hitting a 60 year old i mean you should be watching where they are going, its not like a 60 year old is quick as the flash and jumps out of front of you in a split second(even if it was her fault)
You guys are making it sound 'cool' that you have crashed '#' times. its not that smart crashing. It costs you money, adds to acc bill on my regsration(if you get hurt), and sometimes lying about how you crash so can claim insurnace, puts up insurnace rates for rest of us, and also paints a bad picture of motorcycles in general to the public as well as the crash figures on national scale.
Why are you goings gloating about how many crashes you've had? You're DELIBERATELY making yourself look like unskilled imbiciles who can't handle a bike haha
Cant be much of a muppet.
2 race crashes in 2.5 seasons racing so far. 1 was a mechanical failure and one cos i was being a fuckwit.I forgot the basic rule---TO FINISH FIRST FIRST YOU MUST FINISH.

Haha, smart arse. Crashed once at Taupo last rd AMCC, was on slicks and water was running across the track, had little slides there each lap, and then one lap it was a bit too big. Was running slicks because that's all I had. Still, can say I crashed in front of stroud and came second to him later in the day. Lesson: Like frosty said, got to finish the raceOriginally Posted by Two Smoker
Then had crash at KB day, corner 1, yup, generator siezed, cold slicks, wow, they have like next to no grip. Lesson: Duh, cold slicks no grip
Then had a crash at Manfield, VMCC rd 2. Was pissing down with rain and first time riding on wets, got pole position but crashed going around the outside of lapped traffic chasing first place. Lesson: Take time lapping back markers, even top 3 would have been an ok finish
Then had a crash at Shaun Harris day, just a mare, dunno what happened there, think I may have been going faster than I thought, as we race more what feels like a nice slow warm up pace might be getting a bit quick for the first lap or so. Lesson: need to go a lot slower on warm up laps
Last excursion was VMCC rd 3. Just braked too late in middle straight chasing bruce, couldn't haul it up before the grass and flopped over in the mud. Lesson: don't get too excited chasing down the person in front of you!
So yeah, I guess that's a few crashes this year, and na, nothing to be proud of, but hey, your going to get that when you start racing. Would rather be getting decent positions with a few spills here and there rather that putting around mid pack. That is after all the whole point of racing. We are trying to find the limits of our bikes and ourselves. Didn't someone say if you didn't crash your not trying hard enough?
Oh, and forget road riding, i'm talking track here. Two totally different things. The reason I started racing is because I was pushing too much on the road. Not the place to do shit like that.
C you.

I agree with you daryl, I have learnt from all my misstakes. I wont highside like I didnt last round, nor will I lowside on tyres that havent been scrubed in properly, as for not crashing when your rear wheel locks up on you while banked over. I dunno about that.
Oh and 32 of my crashes were on the bucket track, had them in one day.
