I've heard better, but then I've heard worse too. Does that help?

Overhyped bullshit for people that like music becuase it's "angry" and it shows their parents that they don't have to listen to their rules.

You know you had a good nite when you have to ask someone if you had a good nite.

Don't like the whole band but believe that a few of the musicians (well two) are very good at what they do.

Joey Jordison: Plays drums for Slipknot and lead guitar for The Murderdolls. If you've seen disaster pieces then you will know that he is an absolutely amazing drummer. He can defy gravity and keep playing whilst not missing a beat. He is an absolute machine on drums; and is known in the drumming world as 'the machine' by a lot of people. Although his style of drumming is very unique and quite hard to listen to, once you're into it then you'd be surprised at actually how much technique and skill is required to be the backbone of a metal band with 9 members.

Corey Taylor: Vocalist in Slipknot and vocalist n Stone Sour. He may not be the best singer in the world but he has a certain way with words that can catch someone's ear. Also, to go from the hard out metal that slipknot was and produce a song with Stone Sour called Bother, just by himself with an acoustic guitar is pretty amazing. Most 'metal heads' or 'bogans' couldn't turn away from the beloved 'metal' to play even one acoustic song. But then Slipknot's 3rd album, Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses comes out and I listen to it right through. At least 4 tracks are light and very 'un-Slipknot like'.

I'm not saying that I like Slipknot here, because quite frankly, I don't. But some of the musicians in that band are extremely talented.

Agreed... They're alright... wouldn't pay to go to their concert, but I love Vermillion Part 2

Edit: I "think" I have one of their CD's... Sam went to The Warehouse and brought me a Slayer CD (God Hates Us All) and the actuall CD in the Cover was not the Slayer CD... I couldn't figure out who it was, but I'm assuming it's Slipknot cause it has Vermillion Part 2 on it... but its an acoustic version... so I don't know lol And yes I kept the incorrect CD because it has a few alright songs on there

*is one of those inconsiderate people on the bus with my ipod headphones blearing away.... have to share the music*
I'm not a complete idiot... some pieces are missing
