What colour is best for sale?

OK my zxr is in bits and im gonna paint it up all nice. I am just wondering what colour I should paint it. Black is alwase good as its my favourite colour for a bike. But whats the best colour for re-sale value as im not intending on keeping this bike for long.

Dude, if we can agree on a colour together, we could save some coin. I want to respray too...for a kawasaki...green is the ONLY colour...or black is nice too.
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.

I think black for a 250. If it's gonna be ridden by a learner it may spend a fair bit of time sliding along the ground (if my learning curve is anything to go by!) - therefore pick a colour that's easy to match with touch up paint.

Go to an auction and watch the bidding between two identical cars, one whatever colour and one red - the red one will sell quicker for a higher price.Red had been proven to excite people, increase the heart rate - definatly the ''selling'' colour.

Kawas are green... red will look odd and make it seem like a Honda or something.

Just do it trademark kawa green all over... don't forget the rims as well.

    Fire red - that's a Honda colour.

You did ask for opinions - and now you don't want them?

Recently on trademe ive seen a red(ish-kinda maroon) zxrC trying to be sold by a KBer, in my opinion didnt really suit it. The zxr's that seem to sell well are either black with gold decals or the green/blue/white combo paint scheme.

The black will be easier(and cheaper?) to do and will be mint if you give it a couple of clear coats over the top.
Personally, the green/blue/white scheme is my favourite...i bought my bike with warped discs, loose chain from an owner who didnt maintain it well, but it didnt matter cos it was green
But i think either black or green would be better for resale....not green all over though.
