but it is not written as an offence...
just speed limit 70.... alleged speed 105...35 kph over...
none of the demerit boxes are ticked...
they only add the one with the most demerits...
so do i get 25 for breach of license condition...
or will i get done on the demerits for 35 kph over... there is no offence for speeding apart from the exceeded 70kph on learners thing.... sooo is that just mandatory details to go with it or will i get the 40 demerits that go with a 35kph
