Won't see you folks tonight.

I'm on my learners, but I'm keen just to get out and do some riding is it worth tagging along to this? I'm happy to go at my own pace, I'm quite confident just not lightning fast on my little CB250rs
I think you need to be capable of doing the speed limit which on the open road is 100 km/h however on a learners license you are not supposed to go faster than 70 km/h.
I think in the past, some riders have been pulled over by the police for various infractions including not adhering to learner license conditions. The risk is yours.
I have not been on the ATNR for quite a while however I am hoping to tag along this evening. If the route is the old usual one - then I know where to go so I'd be happy to cruise along and you can follow me. Unfortunately, if the route is a different one then you will be dependent upon the TEC (Tail End Charlie) waiting for you to catch up at various intersections etc.
The old route can be quite twisty in sections and if you are not confident riding at night then I would suggest avoiding this ride until daylight savings starts as many sections of the road have no street lighting at all.
Just my two bits worth!
