we have an old honda cd250u, takes bout 15 mins before its warm and running on both cylinders properly, minimal breaking power, no 3rd gear,
gets the wobbles above 80 kms.
sat my full licence on it 2 weeks ago.
    bike value = sentimental

[QUOTE=FROSTY;828698] Then my world changed forever --some truely evil man offered me a ride on his bike.
Not just any bike--a Buell Lightning.
OMG what a bloody nice bike to ride --Ive never in my life felt so totally connected to a motorcycle. It honestly felt like my wrists were attached to the front axle -the steering imput was that precise.
A testiment to the bike was how at home I felt --within two corners I knew it would lean to africa and would stop on a dime.
ANYONE that says the yanks dont build nice bikes NEEDS to ride one.

Frosty, wait untill i turn up next week,i have just bought the 2006 model, see how ya like that one!!!!!!

Then ya can call me evil, cause they are insane,it amasing how little changes can make heaps of difference.

Nearly a month later and I've just realised I misread your question!

I'd love to try the Westgate-Albany Thursday night ride but there always seems to be something in the way. Tonight my missus is out on her bike with a friend so I have to babysit. no bike for me tonight.

This is the price we pay for choosing to live 17,000 kms away from the rest of our family!
In space, no one can smell your fart.

This git suffers from little weenie syndrome the arsehole.
He is such a abusive pratt and obviously envious of us bikeriders.
