may be it has a complex and doesn't like to be touched...

or you've got a loose wire somewhere..

Sounds like a short problem to me... Probably won't take long to fix.

Sounds like a weight on wheels microswitch. Haven't seen one of those since I last worked on a skyhawk.
I'm gathering you don't have any high energy radar systems or weapon systems that require circuit overriding before your ignition fires up?
If not, Loose wire - Poke your finger around until you notice a huge zap, then check that connection!

Hopefully your bike doesn't come with a A4K High Energy Ignition Unit (HEIU), 1500Volts and 2000Amps on startup.

sounds like the battery is shorting on the underside of the seat???...

or you have a loose wire, try unpluging stuff and pluging it back in, and check for corosion etc

i took all the wires out so its only the wires it needs to fire and run, i checked all the wires today, fixxed one, but then it would start, its really hard to start, it takes about 20-30 kicks to get her started, and the hard thing about that is i dont have a spring in the kick starter, so i have to pull it up after every kick
