    What's a cbr250rr with high k's worth?

hi guys just thought i'd ask since i'm due for my full license and a bike upgrade in a couple of months. What sort of price would a 1990 cbr250rr with 90,000k's on the clock sell for. it's in mint condition new chain and sprockets, tyres a not too bad. regularly serviced every 4000k's doesnt smoke nor does it burn oil or anything. in fact if i was to pull the speedo off and sell it no one would know it had lived through 90,000 k's.
have a look on my profile for a pic. since that photo ive got an aftermarket exhaust smaller indicators and a tinted screen put on.

Those kind of K's will put people off, so even if everything is sweet, you'll be looking at getting $3500. I've bought a crashed mc22 CBR250RR with 90,000k's on it, all sorts of things start to wear out after that kind of mileage. Whoever buys it isn't going to get a clean run with regard to cheap maintenance, so the price has to reflect that. It's not just the matter of the engine wearing out, it's everything else, like bearings, shocks, cables, hydraulics (brakes) etc.

    Thumbs up

what you say is true. however i ahve owned this bike since november last year and so far i havent had any worries. bought the bike off a mechanic who is a friend of mine. he has alwayz done the sevices for the bike and has never mentioned anything of concern. in fact he seems to prefer working on the cbrs even though hes not a big 250 fan. its good to know about the price though.. cheers.

I totally believe you, but perception of the buyer is what makes the price. Advertise for about $4000 and you should get a sale for close to $3500.
