We deport anyone of middle eastern origin or from a muslim country back to their homeland.

Once there they can get all pissy at their brethren who fucked the west of thus denying those who choose to respect the west and to live there the chance.

If westerners are not allowed a choice in whether they are involved in the conflict or not, directly or indirectly, then don't give their people the option to live in the west.

I'm no racist but if they got a bit of a hard time from their own for being denied the freedom of choice then maybe they would wind their necks in a bit?

Funnily enough, one of my closest friends, who I refer to as my brother, went there from America in June. I can't get hold of him.

I don't blame all Muslims for what's happening.

But apply insurance company logic: 100% of all terrorists trying to blow up planes in the last 10 years have been muslims.

Therefore muslims shopuld pay more for their flights to cover the extra security, plus also go through the "Muslim" line at the airport.

Yeah I know that, but you said if your child was killed, you would want revenge on whoever was responsible. which brings me back to my point, how are the people who are travelling responsible? Remember that the plane will have English, Austrlian, American, Chinese, Japanese, New Zealanders, German, Brazilian, Spanish, French and hundreds more nationalites on board when they die. Now which one is responisble? Your logic is crap, they don't care who they kill or why.

The firestorms from the bombing of Cologne, Dresden, Hamburg, etc were to target the war machine based in those cities. A large population base was present as well, to feed the industries with man and woman power to aid the Axis war effort. If precision laser-guided bombs were available back then, undoubtably they would have been used, but instead they had "area bombing". More like a shotgun approach, just larger.
You gotta break some eggs to make an omlette.

This approach is far different from two nations declaring war on each other, and terrorists actively targeting the innocent to make their statement.
