Apparently Motu it's okay to talk about politics, religion, war, guns, alcohol, sex, music, books, movies, animals, relationships, ipods, computers, fishing, cycling, health, death, personal issues, work, play, etc etc, but don't dare mention cars.

I respect SpankMe not wanting to ever drive a car, his choice. But I still enjoy them, make a living from them, reading about them. All secondary to motorcycles of course, but I still enjoy them.

They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

Hey, kids! Captain Hero here with Getting Laid Tip 213 - The Backrub Buddy!

Find a chick who’s just been dumped and comfort her by massaging her shoulders, and soon, she’ll be massaging your prostate.

Like the sportsbike/cruiser/scooter ''my bike is better than yours'' thinking.I have trouble respecting people with such closed minds.

Honda make cars,Suzuki make cars,Kawasaki make trains,Yamaha make pianos,BMW makes cars. You don't acknowledge that Honda's involvment in F1 has help in their motorcycle development? That Yamaha's top quality saxophones had anything to do with the superb tone of the XS650's exhaust note?

You can live in you own world walled by your predudices - but I won't.

I have to agree with OAB and Motu, why not appreciate both? I am a huge fan of sports cars, second to motorbikes however, i don;t think you can beat bikes for bang for buck!

Cages have their place, they are practical and can be damn good looking. I love my 200sx, it hauls it's little bitch ass along, has plenty of power, looks awesome and can carry the wife...who, not quite enjoying being pillion on the back of a sports bike, actually enjoys the car as well.

Cages suck when you have a disagreement on the tarmac and come off second...but other than that, they offer some good fun and are rewarding if driven PROPERLY...not like the little hoodrats that have crawled out of the sewers and into drivers seats that we have on the roads today.
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.

"i think you are possibly a *******ual"

I tried to think what it was and came out with individual, then I was going to comment on your grammar

Anyways, I wa expecting this to be shifted into Pointless Drivel, but thought I would get it to show up in New Posts for some people first.

The difference is that you're interesting, the average car freak just spouts statistics because they can't get their cages out of the gridlock and use them.

Well, if you have to, go ahead.
Personally, I think just saying 'no' would suffice.

Cars are "Off Topic". I think that forum will suffice. I like a car conversation as much as the next person, and it doesn't hurt to post dumb pics of cars (lol).

But this IS a bike forum, so no reason not to class it as off topic, just like all that other stuff that OAB mentioned, which also goes in the same section.
There's Life, the Universe and Everything, but I prefer pizza.
