Yeah you and I both figured that out way back when, but obviously the programmers of the new upgrade decided to incorporate this feature in to make the package more user friendly. I reckon a humourous pop-up message would make the experience more enjoyable for all who use the rep system, hey maybe it can even be routinely changed to suit the mood of the site administrator at the time? or maybe that's asking for trouble?

Hi guys. - One small thing, with the upgrade comes the function that when you get an email notification of a pm or a reply to a subscribed thread, you can now see the content of the pm/post. People are just replying to the email notification which sends your reply to KB not to the person it was intended... once you get the notification, you still need to log on and and reply via pm or top the thread No-one sees the replies when you reply to a notification... just me.

Happened a few times in the last day or so....

No need to get it. Just accept the fact you are the proud owner of something that half the population wants, but can never have.

It seems that I'm no longer getting quote notifications pm'd to me anymore (or emailed) when someone quotes me - I've checked my settings (could have missed something), changed, saved, changed back and still no...

Though I suppose the quote notif code would be different now with that multiquote thingy....

Guys... please! Dont reply to your email notifications. I am having to email way to many people to tell them to log in before they pm.

Dont reply to your notification, it does not reach its recipient!
