    International Journal for Motorcycle Studies

I thought this may appeal, perhaps more to the intellectually inclined.

The link points to an issue specifically dedicated to Women and Motorcycling.

    read article the first
wandering, wandering, wondering when she would get to the point

poor writing methinks that irritates the reader instead of challenging or informing same.

[there was a quote here that i have deleted because i am so irritated...]

and the lesbian bikers - why oh why does she seek to expand from ONE stereotype [the big bad male biker] by bringing in another [if, in fact, she was seeking to do ANYthing other than fill half a page - which i doubt]?

    ......... irritating

in fact, so much so that i didn't read the rest
death by association - my loss mebbe

thanks for the link though, Jim2 ........ something a little different, well done!

ok just read the rest - i was wrong - some thoughtful pieces there http://ijms.nova.edu/July2006/IJMS_A...utherland.html

You're welcome - intellectual writing is by definition a bit difficult to read because it's designed for an audience looking to tear you to shreds for plagiarism and a lack of documented research.
