Who will be at the Sth Isl Cup Rnd 3?

Which of the KB'ers wil be at the South Island Cup round three at Ruapuna this weekend?

It would be great to meet some of you.

I am relatively new(ish) to the site (well a year or so - with hardly any posts lol)
I am a newbie at the racing too. Having decided to just go out and give it a go.
It will be my first race. Really looking forward to it. we will see how it all goes..

I will be in F3 on a kawasaki ZXR, number 227. Would be awesome to meet some of you. If you are wandering past, say gidday

    See you on Sunday

    Eric

Thanks RG100, will see how the zxr runs, certainly seemed very strong and fast when i had to squirt it around the block to get it signwritten with the new race number. HopefullyI can keep up with it...

If you are racing your 150 in the nationals we will get to see you on our Sth island circuits.

Is there anything on Sat or is it all on Sun? I've got a couple of things on the to do list for Sat but would be keen to get out to get some pic's with the new camera. Sunday's out for me, I'll be playing the mud

If I don't see you this weekend, I'll see you at Labour Weekend.

Yep, my first race this weekend. I'm a bundle of nerves already, but amped up about it. Day off tomorrow so I'll be ripping the std fairings off the bike and trying to mount the race fairings on. Need to do all the other prep, plus getting the slicks mounted. Then I need a way of getting out there....anyone help??

You can drive a manual eh? If you can cope with bouncy suspension and a manual gear box then your welcome to take my van for the day. You'll need some decent tiedowns though- I've got a few but they are alll ratchet types, and a couple of times they've let my bucket go.... admittedly I DID have the van on three wheels..

I can't race cause MrsB is taking a much needed girls weekend, so I've got the kids...... wish me luck....

You might be lucky Kickaha. When i checked yesterday, the saturday was supposed to give the little bit of rain, but that forecast rain has now been advanced to Sunday. Doesn't sound like very much tho so it will probably be all sweet.

OAB: be good to meet you and I hope you get those fairings on. I didn't realise their was a clubmans round, i registered for the F3 but will probably be better of in clubmans for an outing too. Will ask the stewards

    DD: see you there

Got the fairings on, what a mission. Few more bits and pieces to sort, catch tank, fairing mount, slicks, coolant. Next couple of nights will be busy.
