I arrive in NZ on the 29th and looking to get a bike

Look for a good starter bike. Prefer a sport but will consider a cruiser.

there are all the big Japanese brand dealers here, Kawasaki, suzuki, honda, yamaha,

Is a guzzi, aprilla, as well as triumph dealer.

Another good place is www.trademe.co.nz (local online auction site, like ebay, but only for nz)

Have a CMX250 I'll be selling eventually. Only waiting on some bits to arrive from the states then nothing left but to mount them and register and warrent it.
