    Hi,

Thought I would join your site as I am emigrating to New Zealand next year.

Hope to find out lots of good biking info.

I shall attempt to upload a picture of my bike.

    Cheers for now.

Shit there's alot of Pomms leaving the mother land and moving over here.

Welcome mate. To speak in Pommy language NZ is a bangin', wickid, top, pukka, the dogs', place. Things like getting a track day for an Ayrten is what makes it.

Thanks to everyone for such a nice welcome.
I will be moving to Auckland in May 07 and I hope to bring the steed with me. She's having her wheels re-furbished today so she'll look even nicer.

Big McJim - I'll see what I can do on the HP front!

    Thanks all and cheers

Dont be daft mate, do you know how cheap bikes are compared with back home. You are better to sell it and come over with some pounds mate. For the price of shipping it over it doesnt make sence.

How much do you recon you would get for it??? And how much will it cost to ship..

    Tom,

Shipping isn't an issue (I hope) as the "company" is paying for the move so as long as there is room in the container, I'm sorted. If I sold it here I guess I might get £1500 max ($4500ish).

I was toying of buying a BMW R1200GS and bringing that but as I wouldn't have owned it for at least 12 months, I'll get stung for import tax
