This guy's reply to a complaint lodged with the Police is brilliant, and should especially appeal to all you Aucklanders ...

    Very good.....
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I get the feeling that Snr Constable Adams-Reid enjoyed recieving that letter. If I was the coppa I certainly would have had a chuckle.

    Brilliant.

I wonder if Snr Constable Adams-Reid is exempt from the quota while reading letters such as this?

That guy deserves a medal. Brilliant response.

I've had two of those letters. One for a guy at work and one for the missus. I ignored them both. It's not like they have a resources to follow it up anyway.

    i don't think I've ever had one I didn't deserve. Although I've been prosecuted on a witness only when I shouldn't have.
