Maverick's weather genie sez all will be well - aint that the truth Mav?
Mav is crashing here on the couch tonight so any update from him will come from me tonight.
Will post early tomorrow once we've held a small conference on the driveway.
In space, no one can smell your fart.
weathers been crap all day today you sure tomorrow is going to be good?![]()
if ride is canned pm me ya address and a time..or put it on forums![]()
Perhaps I should come along and notify the Police of my doing so earlier in the morning. If I fail to stop they'll bring the Helicopter in and if I follow the same route as you guys the downward force produced by the Choppers rotors should be suffecient enough to dry out the roads.
Just a thought.
checked the weather earlier today said it was going to be thunderstorms tommorrow.....hmmm...metal bike electricity.....metal bike electricity...metal bike ...electricity.....GAAAHHHH!
swanny i'm more scared your gf will stalk me to be honest...
and nah don't get paid till thursday......
Looks shity here in Manukau any Verdict guys?
Me and Mav will still be at Botany BP 9:30am in the hope it clears a bit - if we judge it's still too pissh-poor to ride we'll resort to Plan B....which involves food and conversation.
Not gonna PM my address to anyone coz I don't want people turning up just to come to my house. The invitation is strictly as an alternative to the ride in inclement weather coz it would be a pain in the arse for some poor sod to come across the bridge in shit weather only to turn round and go back again.
So meet at Botany BP 9:30 and we'll decide then.
Cheers,

With the weather like it is and the pressence of Mr Plod, i'm going to give this ride a miss.
I'll be in for the next one tho.
Good luck on the ride guys ... take it easy out there and I hope Mr Plod decides to stay away.
Hunua weather report: 8.57am
Squally showers with intermittant patches of sunlight; strong wind gusts delivering the odd patch of drizzle;
Cold.
Still; better than yesterday!
I could write a library on all the stuff I don't know if I knew it!
Well frankly, invite him along I say. If they came on their bikes, we might get some insight and schooling because as much as the 70km/hr rule may suck on the motorway; we are learner riders after all and this is the n00b ride after all; and 70km/hr IS in fact the law (still) after all. So I won't be going above 70km/hr and a biker cop who wanted to share some of the wisdoms of his profession would be - hesitantly - welcome.
