Quasi, at the second section of flash motorway heading to hammyilton after bombbays, there are two with over bridge, at over bridge, you head left(for us)

So for you that is first flash motorway part that as overbridge, hang a right, that is way i am planning on going, back road, be no cops, some nice fast parts, some good corner bits(i not done it on bike, in car twice)
BTW i though your bike was still in bits or ya getting it fix before weekend

Quazie, sounds like CJ is talking about Onehiwai Tahuna Morrinsville Matamata, not exactly a secret, but I agree a bloody good road, we use it alot, hardly never any cops, I don't think I could be bothered doing SH//W 1 to get there, might do 22 down to the bridge and cross joining at Rangariri

pm me you cell again, and we can tie up sat am

Hey Dave, maybe we can discuss our route options at Autobahn on Sat morning? I'm not too fussed about travelling any more than 5kms along SH1 either! :disapint:

    So courier it down.

Or get to know the truckies on the route if it is to be a regular trip.

I love going on KB rides and organising them but this time round on Sunday, it’s with some of my mate's who don't ride in big groups so its invites only. As much as I may sound like a dick, I have to keep my other mates happy as well.

My ride on sunday is planned for about 10:30am, 11am departure at the latest, unless we are asked to wait. Currently 4/5 of us willing to go if weather is crap. I will be taking it at a decent pace, not insane though.
I normally ride at about 110-120 on the open road, but i do like to space out a bit to feel a bit more safer. If your keen post ur interest here - http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?t=3578

looking forward to another decent ride, i will post in the morning around 8oclock, whether or not its going ahead (weather permitting)

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

The ride from Autobahn Sat. Morn sounds like a bit of me, mind if I tag along?? Tag (as in follow) is possibly the key word here - I did 22 about 2 weekends ago and there's a few shaded, off camber, wet downhill corners in there at this time of year even on a fine, clear day that I am quite wary of, i'd be interested to see some of your guys approaches to them.
