    Manakau-Taupo (1 December)

    The lad and I have business in Taupo on 2 Dec and thought we would double our fun by heading from Manakau to Taupo thru New Plymonth!
    => Leaving Otaki, early AM, Fri 1 Dec.
    => Taupo mid aftternoon
    => Busy on Sat, 2 Dec
    => Free for a day ride Sun, 3 Dec
    => Heading south Mon 4 Dec

    Anyone footloose and fancy free welcome

    I am sure there are a few guys here (myself included) that would be keen to show you some of the local roads.

    Thursday/friday looks like rain and no-one seems keen to predict beyond that. Just have to suck it and see I guess.

    Thanks again for a great ride on Sunday! We reaaly appreciated it. (And thanks for gently re-forming the bit on the bike - i guess my HANDfullOF brakeINtheGRAVEL routine needs some work!).
