Need to borrow a tap and die set (04)

Hey has anyone got a tap and die set in Welly I can borrow for an afternoon?

One of the exhaust bolts snapped on the street magic again, and I tried drilling a hole in it, heating it up and removing it using an easy out, but the easy out rounded off like it was made of freakin aluminum (f*ck you super cheap!). I've drilled the bolt pretty much out so there's just a shell of it left in there, I just need to remove that shell and I figured re-tapping the thread in there would be the best way to do it.

Anyone got any other ideas or suggestions to sort this out? It's just a mild steel bolt and I'm pretty sure it was screwed into steel.

    Cheers

A left hand drill can do the job too - slightly larger then the hole you currently have (or same size, and lean the drill over a bit so it starts to bite).

Hard to source but maybe a useful last resort.
$2,000 cash if you find a buyer for my house, kumeuhouseforsale@straightshooters.co.nz for details
