NSW loses two race circuts

NSW will lose both Oran Park raceway, as well as Wakefield Park, which is up for sale. The details on Oran Park are here:

Yeah, but they are spending $40m on a new track, can't be all bad is it?

Yeah but it takes forever to get things done here. Unions, strikes, comittees, comissions - tons and tons of red tape.

If you look at the file on the Oz BEARS club round, Wakefield Park is one of the circuts. In the ad they made special mention of "room for expansion", which many here take to mean housing development.
