    Fathers Day loot bag....

Just for the "He who dies with the most toys wins" farternity, here's my Fathers Day score.....

3 x hand drawn cards from the wee'uns (sooo cute)
A talking Stewie Griffin cube toy (can't wait to show the lads at the orifice tomorrow)
    Pink Floyd "Pulse" DVD
A new book in the thriller genre (voracious reader, me)

And most importantly.....various cuddles & kisses from the younger and older girls in the houehold with a promise of soem free time to watch the MotoGP (awesome battle between Pedrosa & Rossi), Rugby replay, WRC highlights and write a speech for my Toastmasters meeting tomorrow night.

    Any advance??

One daughter said Happy Fathers Day - the others never mentioned it....and that's the way I like it.

I was allowed to go out on my bike for an hour and a half....this is a huge concession believe me!

I know what you mean. I used up my last leave pass for the Rusty 350 a few weeks back.

One hand drawn card for the mid miss. No comments form the other two. Phone call from mum. Wifey went shopping (for herself...!!! WTF???) and got the little one to choose something special, whatever she wanted, for me...

Her choice? One giant bag of lollies... but only she said I wasn't allowed any... Oh well...

    Nuttin.

But #2 Son did ask if there was anything he could do for me, and #1 Son did say nice things once he got home from work. #3 ignored it, and hid in the basement playing ShootEmUp games on one of the PCs.

Kinda normal for us. Last year I got nothing for either Christmas or my birthday.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

As I was/am sick as a dog, I slept the whole weekend.

As far as my haul goes,

1x air compressor (payed for by me, but yay tools).
    2x handmade cards (best ever)
lots of love and affection with "ooooh daddy sick" pats on head.

They really are good at showing me what really matters and putting all the other bullshit into perspective.

    Thanks boys.

    Got a cool homemade card:

"My Dad is Special because he lets me wash the car."

    I'm getting it right.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

I sealed the flap on the letter box and closed all the curtains... standard practice for me on fathers day.

My dog bought me some shampoo for a present. Ha fucking ha.

Three x hand made cards + one bought one. Lynx gift pack ( I get the hint) Coffee and cooked brekky delivered on the couch and book on Motorcycles in NZ. Then went riding and a couple of Bourbons at the Okorire Pub. Not a bad day all round. Then SuperBikes to finish the day
RIP Phil (Pinky) SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMOND.
