Can you take a photo of the footpeg/rear brake assembly?

Mine's still buggered and I'm not entirely sure how it's meant to look. The bike I had to compare to, Jamezo's, is buggered in the same way now

Thanks to magua I now know what's wrong with both mine and Jamezo's bikes. The rearset mounts on the frame are bent. Which is both shit cause i'm going to need a panelbeater to fix it but good cause i bent the rearser straight then thought It was meant to be bent but no it isnt
