DKW Hummel parts

Hi Guys new to this site.
My son and I have decided to resurrect an Old 1956-57 Hummel.
Mostly all there , but needs a twist type gear change, on the handle bar, at least at this stage, and a clutch handle .
If someone has a clue to where I could get or adapt an other bikes parts for this piece , I would be grateful for the help.

Hi, Read that you were about to do up a hummel, how is that going? I have one in the garage that Im about start working on and wanted to ask you if you knew of anywhere to get back tyres for them? Or any good web sites for spares. Its a long shot I know as they are so rare over here.

Hi - looking for a back tyre for a hummell - 19" x 2.25"....Is there anyone out there that can help?
