But but but Church always starts at 11

You're right about the traffic too but how do we account for those who like a bit of a "sleep in" on Sunday mornings?

Hmmm mauybe it doesn't make any difference. shagged if you start too early, shagged if you start later

You can't please everyone all the time.

8:30 start on Sunday is much better. The hill is clear and the back roads are clear, post 9:15am coffee in Martinborough.

    Sounds like a good idea.

But what about Anzac Day? I suggest 4.00pm at the Duckpond.
    Here for the ride.

We're already set for 2pm at the Duckpond.

Just don't drink so much the night before, or just drink faster so that you pass out earlier.

There is no such time as 8:30am on a Sunday. Time does not begin on Sundays prior to 9:00am.

I don't want to blaspheme this thread but given the consistently good turnouts on the Sunday rides it appears that a pattern is emerging, maybe to our advantage.

It's getting cold and dark on Wednesday nights now and everyone tells me that the TCWNR does an undignified sort of fizzle about this time of the year and reappears with new vigor along with daylight saving starting.

On the other hand, the Sunday rides seem to have become their substitute but without a regular forum home. Soooo ... would it upset the Order Of Things to start a new thread "TCSMR - Wellington 2007" ? (That's 'The Cruisy Sunday Morning Ride' (TCSMR) for those who are past their bedtime)
Sounds good - I was thinking I'd probably make this Wednesday my last for the summer anyway, and that's a much more acceptable proposition with the Sunday replacement.

Pfffft. No it bloody well doesn't.

I'm using the poll to avoid a huge glut of motorcyclists on the hill.

You won't see me at 8.30 on Sundays that's why I don't go with e-riders until they change to the winter timetable.

We enjoy our bed too much!!
    Cheers
