    '06 R6 for Sale

Sounds like I should put the price up!

I'm really of two minds about it as it's a fantastic bike however if someone comes along that wants it and knows a great deal when they see one then so be it.

    Thanks for the comments...

So Racer6 do suitable candidates get to take it for a test ride at Puke? Are you starting to get bored with Puke

Gareth yo better start selling your body to get a decent R6. Don't do the overnites though, that snoring will get the ladies wanting a discount.

    Why sell?

    Hi Moto Bob

I do get a bit bored with Pukekohe... and that is part of the reason I'm contemplating this change however if I do sell it I'll probably be back again soon. I've been doing it for years, and still enjoy it most days, but I'm at the stage I probably enjoy setting the bikes up as much or more than riding them.

I'm also thinking that I would get more out of my riding if I didn't limit myself just to the track and this bike is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to go racing. My next bike is more likely to be a bit more road oriented and hopefully I can resist the temptation to do the works to yet another bike.

I must be showing my age... I kind of like the idea I of going for a cruisy ride on a Saturday afternoon rather than just full noise everywhere as I have been since I can remember.

I've already had a couple of enquiries and the biek is well known... none have asked or felt they needed a test ride. But none have the money as of today either.

All this is about is saying it's available for someone if they want it at a fair price and, if that happens I'll move onto something else to keep myself occupied for the next 6-12 months. If not, I'll keep on doing what I've been doing...

Just stirring R6. Since I've got a Gixxer 600 now maybe we might swap one day if it isn't sold.
