I dunno, yoof of today, eh?

Corner of Mt Eden Rd and Symonds Street. Micro-brewery that only sells on site. The building used to be a library. Nice big sheltered smoking table out the back where the social pariahs can congregate and kibitz. Cigar and pipe smokers will generally find company. When it's not ridiculously jam-packed, it's the best place in Auckland to sit and work on a good beer-fuelled mellow.

Bars and clubs and whatnot, they totally harsh my mellows.

Back in the old days, I would ride or drive as pissed as a chook! If I was concious, I would get myself home. These days I'm too chicken to loose my licence so limit myself to 1 or 3 drinks.
Last time I rode really pissed I had all intentions of staying with my so called "boyfriend" until another woman turned up & started cuddling with him. I got severely pissed then rode home on my HONDA! When I got home I had forgotten that the driveway paddock had cows in it & I was supposed to use the neighbors paddock. I turned around and went up the slippery grass then a right angle turn onto the steep gravel part where the cows had loosened all the gravel. I nearly overshot the drive into the cattle yards but managed to stop...holding onto the front brake while skidding backwards down the hill. Got to the bottom & gave it shit & hacked it, motocross styles all the way up the driveway. Almost hit my car at the top & nearly dropped it when I hopped off. But I got home in one piece!
I wouldn't do it again though.

It might be to counter the risk of falling off a gixxer also, or more ikely just because its AKL. PF, yea I'd probably look at ya walking in, I'm on a diet but can still look at the menu eh Last time I got on the gas I was st nadroj's place. Sunk a bottle of Jim Beam with L & P. I'm OK as long as I do not mix my drinks, otherwise it gets really messy. Not good though these drunk riders, hope they took no one out. Not too worried if they got home though as they are likely to just do it again...

ole who kept elbowing me... the bouncer... just standing there watching... I push the said asshole away from my mate (because I know she'll hurt him...) and I'm standing in the middle of them, just looking at her, ignoring the asshole behind me... At this point the cowards, now being confronted by us decide to shut the fuck up... and then... yup you guessed it.... the bouncer asks us to leave for causing trouble...

Two pints and I feel the dutch courage coming on. Great for losing those inhibitions and getting the rear end sliding a little. Still below the legal limit too.

    True dat.

The wheelie photo in my profile was taken on a Friday afternoon following a liquid lunch. Helped immensely.

Yeah - what's that all about? You don't get to eat corn you merely borrow it - even if you eat the stuff out of a tin it's all back on the cob when it comes out the other end - weird innit?

Sometimes you haven't even eaten any corn for days...and there it is.
