I copied Kawasaki's original design to keep the functional dimensions the same, but reprofiled the finger bars so that they were closer to the grip when free but parallel to the grip when pulled. The switches, mounts and other bits were left unchanged, so it was purely the levers that I replaced. I made the parts using 6061 Aluminium, laser cut then machined, hand finished and powdercoated. Works a treat, and she's no longer uncomfortable.
