This comment originates because of our "low" un-employment rate???
If that is so, you need to realise that a lot of unemployed people have been shifted sideways onto "medical benefits" rather than being allowed to remain on the unemployment benefit.
This (high unemployment) would reflect badly on the gubbinment, and "fudging the figures" allows for their migration policy to be pushed heavily...
