    Photoshop work

Alright, been playing around with this a bit lately and have a couple of mates telling me im 'pretty good' at it. The stuff I've been doing is pretty simple though and i have a project for a friend on the go at the moment.

This is your chance to show off you photo-editing skills to the KB community.
Try and keep it as bike-related as possible and show before-after pics so we can see what it is you've done and how well you pulled it off.

    Here's my first play.

some girls said he looked hot on leather so i left him there. C'mon people surely im not the only one with a slightly creative flair!

If anyone knows how to add a gloss (eg to black) or a shine (like to chrome/silver) i'd like to know how.

With the first pic all i've done is masked the original stickers, used colour replace to an approximation of the surrounding blue, then used a couple different tones of the blue and airbrushed to keep the shading right, then to make it look natural i blurred it to keep the continuation.

For the tail piece and belly pan i did the colour replace again, selected area to change then just made it darker/lighter and changed the hue/saturation to get the desired colouring.

Just pulled the stickers off of a Xerox Replica Ducati so my friend can see sorta what their bike is gonna look like (can't show the rest or colour combo coz its a secret!)
Again, just selected the stickers that were white, and changed them to approximation of surrounding red then went to work with airbrush and smudge.

    Doddle.
Draw a path over the required area.
Make it a selection from the paths palette.
From the 'edit' menu select 'adjust' then 'levels'
drag the ensuing right hand sllder about half way to the left.
    Job done.

No bike related stuff unfortunately - Maybe I'll onto one of the my motoTT trackday photos to try out some colour schemes for a possible repaint of my race fairings.

eh not really much. I do the PSing out sometimes will I can see the dust bunnies on my sensor in the picture. Drives me fuckin nuts doing each picture!

Not really a good one... I'll have to find another.

Did a slight crop, shadow highlights, levels, contrast, and sharpen (only in the first damn it! ) Can't find the original out of camera tho.

    Color
Color moves (added noise on purpose)
