    Rider Down

    Sunday 15th March about 7pm.

    Caught up with jafar at the Kaiaua pub this evening.
    He left before us but I don't know which way he went.
    On the way back oin the Kaiau - Kawakawa road we had to stop at a Police road block. The cop said there was a motorcycle down and the road was closed.

    Jafar, I hope that wasn't you or your mates.

    Road Closed is always a rough one.

    I hope whoever it was, was down, but not out.The BS roadworks around that area are a disgrace, no signage on half of them, metal on corners the works.Jafar, come say hi soon mate.

    The reports of my (possible) demise are premature. The group I was riding with are all safe.

    We still don't know who the rider is or the extent of the injuries....
