Woohoo! Great ride tonight - did a nice little trip around the back blocks and had to fang the revs to keep up with the others! Cheers to oldguy being TEC and putting up with the hornet's revving!

I could only marvel at the ease of others twisting their wrists and speeding up hills with aplomb. Interesting things on the ride was watching Croft waggling her leg trying to kick/indicate a brick on the road, her indicator bobbling up and down. Saw oldguy wizz pass after lead rider put his hand up to indicate the group to slow down! 30kph sign meant ... new metal/gravel surface on the road!

Ever since I've been on these rides, I think my bike has been leaning over more and more, I lost count of the times I was feeling my boots lose rubber to the road! (Thanks oldguy again for observing my cornering and giving me some feedback!)

Pub meet was a sedate affair (a change I guess!). Croft managed to get the wind up the lads by mentioning she got given freebies! free bike wash and a free drinky ... what next? Free petrol?

Anyhows, managed to sneak in another quick blat around Twilight and around Whitford. Talked bikes with the lads who graciously waited for me before coming home again. 11 litres of 98 used for good purpose! Thanks to Brian for leading and Boomer, Crazysteve for showing up (Aididdy in a ... cage, but had good excuse).

Now, when's the next ride already?

Hi all great ride last night, as boomer said was treated to an intersting cornering method by a bloke down south, maybe his tyre was a bit to round so he decided to square it off a bit

And to top if off we didn't lose anyone.

    see you next week.

    cheer

Cheers for the ride team, enjoyed that, gijoe1313 mate am impressed with the way you throw that hornet around, following you going around the big left hander that sort of tightened up, you must have been scraping your boot on the ground, that busy watching you I ran wide that was a bit of a wake up.
    till next week

    John.

Big Bore Kit and New Plastic

    Hi gals and guys,

After my first ride with you guys on my KTM Supermoto, I decided I needed a bit more grunt so that I could pass you under power as well as around the corners (chuckle ).
Anyway, the work is done and I have lots more power now and have tricked it up with new plastic to celebrate.
Looking forward to Thursday night, see ya there.
