Do we get badges and shit? Sorry Mr Joe1313.

I found a great trick to riding with the_dover and not crashing....make no attempt to keep up

Mind you he was true to his word and the speeds were reasonably legal - we even saw plod with lights on after someone else when we got our fish and chips. the difficulty in keeping up with Dover lies within the legal speed limit but on very twisty roads in the dark - best not attempted unless you really know what you're about.

Great organisation, great hospitality and great roads.

There's a wee Irish pub at Botany Junction
There's the White Horse Tavern in Pakuranga
There's a Cock and Bull at Botany town Centre
There are quite a few pubs in Howick.

Chez Dover is nice though - needs some sort of outdoor lighting coz it took me 4 minutes to get the key in the ignition of my bike in the dark.,

And I never drink alcohol if I'm riding so cannot comment on the beer - the coke was nice - soft drink was tasty too.

Red fox. or that other place on the left on the road out to wozzaname. Past the gravelly bit. I know where I mean.

Or if y'want a bit of a ride, that Springs place. Waingaro ? Head off at Huntly past the coal mine and keep going for a bit. Very nice.
