Ah bugger, missed tonights ride due to family commitments - any excuse for a ride and I'm in! Made up for it by having a quick blat out to the city to have a quick shufty in Borders and then back home again. Not the same as when you're clenching your buttocks going around the goat track at night with Dover...and you do need to clench with Dover

Next time! Damn you! Next time - oh, yes, I will!

Thanks for the ride guys and girls, Dover sets a hell of a pace over the goat track.

The new bulbs worked well and only a couple of butt clenching moments.

    See you next week

yer right, it is hard to have rocket science without a rocket.

Besides, in the absence of a thread, or calendar event, thought I would ask the question

Enjoyed myself again last night. Think the pace is up on the first few times coz it's getting difficult to keep up with you fellas on my 250 now.

Once again good to put names to faces - a good turnout too.

    Excellent work organising this Dover.

    Cheers big yin.

    I'm getting more than a little p1ssed.

Last week I go and screw up my lower back and have trouble even getting on the bike.

This week I'm all set to go, we have a server crash at work and I have to stay behind to repair.

Bollocks to it all I've missed two good rides. Next week the world better be ending in order to stop me.

Twas a great lil' ride thanks Dover!

Well this week i thought i'd travel south to check out this SATNR, i think there were about 10-12 bikes turn up which was a comfy group and easy to keep together, especially up that tricky 'goat track', awesome little narrow challenging road that, 1st time down there for me and i'm sure glad it was in the daylight!!

Apart from a very close call with a pukeko and a tiny rabbit running across the road my ride was fun and care free, was a nice medium pace set throughout without hardly any opportunities to open up the throttle to licence-losing speeds.

Good company & atmosphere afterwards at the watering hole, always neat to meet & ride with new and old faces!

Hey Matt, is that Twilight Road you are referring to? The one coming out of Clevedon?.

Good fun ride, thanks again Dover.

Kind of expected to see some sights as TEC, specially given the light and increased pace, but all good.

Our pace was a little slow, so TEC worked well for us. Had one butt clencher, just before the turn off onto Clevedon Rd, loose stuff had both wheels moving around under us, but all good.

Fishy: Twilight Rd is the one we were on leaving Clevedon after our little stop, big long and very tight in spots, lovely piece of road, can be quite nasty in the wet, lots of moss in the centre of the lanes.

Anyway, all good, great to see the crew again, have a good weekend guys.

Nah Josh, this is some back road hidden from the populace that winds it's way thru the bush, often with no road markings whatsoever and only wide enuf to fit 1 car & 1 bike in places! I can't recall the name of it but Dover may tell...
